- EB-5 -
The U.S. investment immigration program, established in the 1990s focusing on the economic effects of the U.S, grants foreign investors permanent residency by investing over $800,000 and creating jobs.
The EB-5 program has no age, language, work experience, or academic restrictions, offers a faster process, and does not require working in the U.S.
It includes direct investment (hiring 10 full-time employees) and indirect investment through approved regional centers.
